We sign a clear management agreement, conduct a thorough property audit, and take over all responsibilities in an organised and systematic way. If you are switching from another management company, we handle the entire transition on your behalf.
Most properties are fully handed over and under active Dynasty management within one to two weeks of signing. We keep you informed every step of the way.
