Born and raised in Cyprus, Stefanie is part of the next generation behind David Spyrou Estates — one of Larnaca's most trusted real estate firms since 1992. She brings decades of local expertise, deep community roots, and an intimate understanding of what property owners in Cyprus truly need from a management company.

A story that began
four decades ago

Our story did not begin with the creation of our company — it began more than four decades ago with a family business built on trust, integrity, and a passion for real estate.

Jack and Stefanie are part of the next generation behind David Spyrou Estates, established in 1992 — one of the leading real estate firms in Larnaca. In 2002, the company became one of the pioneers in professional property management in Cyprus.

Through daily involvement with buildings, committees, owners, and tenants, we repeatedly noticed the same challenges. Communication was poor, maintenance was reactive, transparency was lacking. We believed there had to be a better way. That belief became the foundation of Dynasty Property Management.

"Do you also provide building management?" — The question our clients kept asking, and the reason Dynasty was born.

The meaning behind
Dynasty

Choosing the name Dynasty was deeply personal. Jack comes from a Chinese heritage where the concept of a dynasty symbolises legacy, longevity, prosperity, and the passing of knowledge from one generation to the next.

Stefanie was born and raised in Cyprus, where family businesses, strong relationships, and community have always been at the heart of success. By combining these two cultures, they found a name that perfectly represents who they are.

A dynasty is built to endure. It is founded on trust, commitment, and the belief that what you create today should continue to benefit future generations. Those are the same principles applied to every building Dynasty manages.
